Torrin Vaselenak

Personal Trainer

Torrin is a dedicated trainer with over a decade of experience in the gym and a background that combines hands-on athletic performance with scientific knowledge.

While playing baseball for the Prairie Baseball Academy, The Lethbridge Bulls, and University of Arkansas at Monticello, he earned a degree in kinesiology, giving him a deep understanding of the body and how it moves. Still chasing his own professional baseball dreams, he understands what it takes to push past limits—and that's exactly what he brings to the gym every day.

Whether you're looking to improve your strength, conditioning, mobility, or athletic performance, Torrin brings expert knowledge and a commitment to pushing you to be your best.

Codie Swazey

Personal Trainer

Codie brings over 10 years of experience in fitness, having worked as a Fitness Coach since 2019. Before transitioning to the fitness industry, she worked as an Electrician, but discovered her true passion was for fitness and the supportive community it fosters. This passion led her to pursue and earn her Personal Trainer Certification.

Over the past six years, Codie has deepened her expertise, earning certifications such as the Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Specialist, a role inspired by her personal experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She has also built strong connections with clients in the 60+ age group, gaining extensive experience in training seniors.

Throughout her career, Codie has developed a strong focus on the mind-body connection, emphasizing the invaluable benefits of building and maintaining muscle. She is a firm believer in the power of working hard today to ensure continued strength and vitality for the future.

Todd Hooper

From a young age, Todd has always been an athlete, excelling in various sports such as competitive hockey and pro motocross.
